I ordered a necklace for Valentine's Day and it didn't get to the recipient on time as it was promised. After a few days, a representative got in touch with me and graciously offered me a free necklace to compensate the error made. I bought this a couple years ago in the Sterling silver. It's just as beautiful now as when i got it. Every so often i just wipe it with a jewelry cloth and the luster returns.
