My original order did not arrive for a long time due to general transportation problems unrelated to Onecklace . I complained to their customer service and they sent me another one free of cost. I emailed customer service, and they were quick to send out a new one. I have to say that they were prompt, and take the quality of their products seriously. I ordered a rose-gold two-names ring for my daughters xmas on 18th December. I wasnt expecting delivery till January but was delighted when it arrived before on 31st December.
