I ordered my husband a personalized bracelet. It was very beautiful, but I measured wrong because I had to use his watch to measure since the gift was a surprise. I messaged this company and they messaged me back right away they are the best! They are resolving my mistake and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them! Great customer service! Also they messaged me back on Xmas day! I will be ordering from them again in the future! And I highly recommend them!

I was impressed on how fast a custom bracelet was made and shipped to me. It looked exactly like the signature that I submitted. My wife's nephew had passed away in 2018. We had a letter that we found that he wrote and signed with his signature. I took that signature and had a bracelet made and she absolutely loved it.

Helped my 9 year old grandson purchase this for his mum's Christmas. Really well made. Super cute idea, and as a real mummy's boy, he loves it. Took a few weeks to arrive, so I would advise to order it in advance.
