This necklace is great. Exactly what my daughter wanted. The only problem we have is the hook that holds the initials seems to want to catch on to everything. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Instead of a name, I had "Vegan" engraved on the outside and "Loving Kindness" on the inside--messages that mean much to us. oNecklace was able to make it in 18 K white gold, which I preferred. I received my monogrammed necklace very quickly in the mail and loved it! It was beautifully made. The only issue I had was that the chain was attached in uneven places on the monogram which caused the necklace to sit uneven on my neck. But once I emailed customer service about the issue, they immediately agreed with the problem and shipped me a new necklace, no questions asked.
