Packaging: It\'s actually nice, you can simply wrap it up in a small neat wrapping paper and even present it as-is, no jewelry box necessary but I could see how it would be nice to have one :) Customer Service: I contacted OneNecklace regarding the late shipping and they were not only SUPER fast in answering/explaining the situation, but also being super cordial and nice. I will definitely come back here again. I\'m not even a necklace kind of person but these are my new go-to gifts for anyone, they\'re just such dainty delicate necklaces that I feel like would really make anyone super special.

This was my first time ordering from ONecklace. I absolutely love my necklace! And would for sure order again. The only problem I ran into had to do with the shipping. The first time it was sent my necklace didn\'t come so it had to be remade and resent. I got the necklace over a month after I ordered it. I am just glad I got it now, but that\'s the only problem.
