I love the necklace. The only problem I had was the loop that is connected to the nameplate came undone, but I was able to fix it rather then send it back.

Dear Sir, I am happy that there is your website to order such a beautiful necklace. However, the necklace I ordered with the name 'Chryso', the edge of the letter 'h' is too sharp and it sometimes hurts me. Moreover, I am quite disappointed with the clasp, as it cannot be closed properly, both ends got stuck with each other and could not get through. Best regards, Annie Cheung

I totally fell in love with this necklace when I first saw it and I ordered one for both myself and my daughter. My daughter couldn't wait for her necklace to arrive. It took a long time but we were both so happy when it finally arrived. My daughter wears her necklace everyday and I'm enjoying wearing mine too. The customer service is so awesome.
