I was absolutely thrilled with my 2 initial sterling silver necklace from Onecklace.com It arrived as promised, and it looks better than I imagined? The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the bail...the thing that holds the pendant on the chain....I would have just preferred an \"o\" ring...the bail gets hooked up once in awhile. My local post office really messed up and took this necklace to the wrong person but the support here was willing to send me out another. I finally tracked down the necklace and it\'s beautiful and very nice.
