I ordered 3 of the monogrammed necklaces for Mother's Day. They arrived the day before! They are gorgeous & I have had so many compliments on mine! Didn't realize the shipping would take as long, but now I know to order in advance! Always prompt on replying to emails regarding questions on shipment! Will definitely order from this company again!

Honestly one of the best customer service ever received from an online store!!! Jonathan, one of the customer service reps has exceptionally customer service skills and is very accommodating; you can tell they truly care about their customers. And the necklace is so lovely and delicate and definitely worth the purchase! My only regret is getting the 18 in chain length as opposed to a 16 in as my neck is not that long and I prefer the necklace to hang a little high, but other than that, would recommend!

I am so happy with my purchase. I get so many compliments. I ordered the chain in 18" and my name rests about two fingers below my collar bone. I took a chance ordering this necklace without knowing how it would turn out but I believe this font allows any name to look beautiful.
