Purchased a pair of earrings & received the same pair as a gift for Christmas. . Can I return the pair I purchased for another item?

I have purchased several necklaces from this seller and each one is beautiful and unique! I get so many compliments on the necklaces. I also purchased necklaces for my daughters for Christmas. I can\'t wait for my girls to open them!

I love this necklace. It has the length I wanted and the why in which the letters are written is very pretty. I am pretty satisfied with this necklace. One thing I would have loved to know is how it would have looked if I would have ticked the double thickness box. In retrospective I think I should\'ve done that but because I didn\'t have any preview I wasn\'t sure if it would just look to tacky. All in all it is a nice product especially as a present.

A lovely product, seems to be of a good quality however it was bought as a Christmas present so is yet to be worn. Could do with a clasp/ring of some sort to stop the name rings from spinning around however this may just be the style of the necklace. The engraving is clear and the three rings are a lovely size, the chain also seems to be strong and a good length. The delivery did take some time.

This turned out beautiful in its looks. I purchased this item for my 12 year old daughter. However, I think it needs more weight to it, maybe a bit thicker. Also it should have a heavier chain. I am worried that she might break the chain.

I love my Janie necklace, it is beautiful and it was the best price too. It is very shiny and the chain looks very nice too. I researched lots of different websites and this one owns. I\'ve been wanting a Janie necklace since the first time I saw an episode of Sex and the City! I ordered the Carrie font with a 16 inch chain. The pendant is a perfect size, not too big, not too small. The length is perfect for me, it hits an inch or two below my collarbone and I can still layer longer necklaces with it. LOVE this necklace. I\'ll be ordering another necklace just as soon as I decide on another style!

Not to mention shipping time was within reason, less than 2 weeks from my order & it arrived (compared to Monogram Hub who took a month, double the price & crappy product too).
