Then, when I received my order (quickly, and a quality item to boot), it turns out I'd ordered the wrong size (it was a gift). My necklace came today, and it's exactly what I wanted!! I upgraded to double thickness because my name is rather long. (FYI - It costs an extra $50 for 14K gold. I couldn't find that info on the website.) I went with the 14" length, and it sits perfectly on my collarbone. Great customer service, too - they quickly responded to my questions over email. Super happy and satisfied with this necklace! I will probably buy one for my sister :)
