I received my necklace when expected. Then, I put it on and realized the 14in chain I had chosen was too short. I wrote customer service explaining the situation. The nicely offered to replace the chain at a very reasonable price and were able to expedite shipping. I absolutely love the charm. Its beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
